These are full size, which means if your shaft is 1.000 inches the protectors also are a full one inch. Nicer if it were 0.005 or 0.015 smaller, so the bearing or what-ever would slide over it.

I bought these to make a set of shaft protectors with no male spur for use with shafting lacking a countersunk center hole, and to protect the points on my pullers' forcing screws.No storage box or bag is included, contrary to the item description.
