Purchased to replaced the fans on an evga rtx 2080 xc. these fans are the 20mm thickness and i'm pretty sure the card came with the 15mm thick as they just look and feel bulkier (i already tossed the originals or i'd compare for certain). whether 20mm or 15mm thickness, they work. the plastic fan shroud fits around the fans without obstruction. the cables are the correct length.there was a hot plastic smell for maybe five minutes when running 3dmark but it passed quickly. both fans are staying above 3100 rpm at 100% fan setting.

Put these on a RTX2070 XC Ultra. These fans were good on day 1, but about a week in they start a weird rattle. Now I've had them for a little bit over a month and the fan speed is all over. I replaced the stock fans because one stopped working completely but the other fan was OK, but I figured if I'm replacing one that went out then lets do both. So now, you set it to 50% to cut the noise down and they go from 1000rpm to 3000rpm just back and forth. You set it to 100% while gaming and they bounce from 2000-3000 RPM but its audible, you can hear it the whole time gaming. Then after about an hour of use at any level, they start a rattle during the different speeds. Like if its at 50% bouncing the RPMs around then on every up-tick it rattles the fan. Very Annoying. Its not the software/hardware because the stock fans did not do this. Would have given 1 star but they do keep the card at better temps than 1 fan did....

From the pictures I was expecting fans identical to the OEM parts but I got some with the white stickers which I suspect are meant for the 3000 series GPUs. I put them on my 2070 and they still work fine however. The only issue I had was that the cables are stiff flat cables instead of the OEM twisted cables, so it was harder to route them to their plugs.

Good fans, but I don't know how much longer they'll last. They seem to be emitting a metallic smell, They aren't too loud though, but it looks like I might need to replace these again.

3/5 starts because this is not actually meant for the 2080... it worked after I stripped the coating off of the wires so I could squish them under the brackets that hold the wires in place, and then also had to bend the brackets to be large enough to hold the stripped wires..... it worked... but like...not without a ton of extra work
