After some 2.5 years the fan nearest the end where the PCMCIA slot it gave up the ghost. I REALLY wanted a OEM fan seeing as this was at the time THE second most EXPENSIVE GPU on the market and not some "will fit" kinda UNKNOWN fan that DOES NOT have the logo on the FAN and "may" actually VOID my warranty (I have the extended warranty for this GPU even tho EVGA does not make cards any more they WILL HONOR my warranty FROM THE FACTORY... SO, this fan (actually I got the set of 3 fans version they sell) DOES have the EXACT connector colors for each fan (I needed the black connector) on the card. Not sure if each fan has different speed levels associated with each fan but in any case I used the correct fan connector and when I then fired up the PC the GPU worked as it should with barely a sound (as it was before that fan went out) but as far as I can tell the card is working perfectly as it always has. I can say with confidence this fan IS the REAL DEAL and even the back of the fan looked EXACTLY like the one that went out so this IS an OEM DIRECT REPLACEMENT - YOU CAN BUY YOUR REPLACEMENT FANS FOR YOUR EVGA 3080 ti FTW with TOTAL CONFIDENCE! BANK ON IT!!!

I replaced my old fans because of a bearing issue and it’s back to normal!
