Suggested cutting tools include power cutters (jigsaw, table saw, and band saw), scribing knives, and even water-jet cutting machines. Easily bend and mold these 1/16-inch and 1/8-inch thick ABS plastic sheets with a heat gun. All you need to do is heat the plastic sheet to 200°F(93°C), bend or mold it to your desired shape or angle, and support the shape until the sheets cool down.
An ABS plastic sheet is not only easier to handle and more versatile compared to acrylic sheets, but they’re also perfect for bigger projects and projects that require many small pieces. These ABS plastic sheets will add both aesthetic and structural value to your projects.

Needed this to make a wide body kit and diffuser for my Rc 1/10 BMW drift car. It’s perfect. right amount of strength and still flexible. Have to tried heat but cut and glue has worked fine for me.

Why the material is fine and what i expected the thickness of the sheets can vary a bit. Why in my case that did not matter much but it might is some cases. It did arrive in good shape and for the most part i dont see any big problems otherwise and i will order more soon.

I doubled these, to be 1/8 inch thickness, and used them to mount 2 amps and all necessary fuses, to the back of my car's rear seat. I have covers on all my seats, so I was able to double these (2 thick on outside and inside) and mount my amps, to gain back trunk space. Along with threaded inserts and matched machined bolts, washers, and nuts, my amps are mounted firmly, without any damage to the actual seats fabric. Mounted on the 60 side of 60/40 split rear seats.

This stuff is fun to work with. I made a small part to help keep my front foot in place while riding my onewheel. I love it! Can't wait to make more stuff!

I used a heat gun and gloves and you can form these to whatever you need, great for small projects
