The lights arrived quickly and as described. Basic to install, even though the instructions were not very clear. It’s a little finicky when choosing the lamp color temperature

I decided that it was time to freshen up our track lighting. They generated a lot of heat and the incandescent lights were adding up in cost.I love the LEDs with this, and the color of the white light is adjustable, but I loved the warm light the most.They fit great in our tracks and we installed them in no time at all!

Where are the wiring and connecting directions? Seems to be trial and error. If I can't get them to work, I'll change my review to one star for a good looking light.

One of my fixtures was missing this necessary clip.Overall, good lights (so far), despite the missing retaining ring on one fixture. The fixtures are a common build style, and I was able to use a retaining ring from another broken light. For some reason, mine included some track couplers and instructions for using them, as if extension tracks were included.For 8 fixtures at under $10 each, that's a pretty good deal if the quality of the lights holds up. So far, they are pretty good.

These track light heads came well packaged with each head in their own individual bubble wrap bags and each LED bulb in its own little box. The included instructions sheet had high-quality photographs showing the different steps for installation.Whether you are familiar with track lights or not, installation is super easy. First, each bulb needs to be installed in the head. This step is not outlined in the instruction sheet, so I thought I’d mentioned it here. There is a round spring clip at the mouth of each head that needs to be retracted and removed first. Then, you need to grab hold of the bulb socket inside the head and gently pull on it as you feed the attached wire in from the back. Once the wire is fully extended, you have easy access to install the bulb with a simple insert and twist motion. Once the bulb is plugged in, you retract the socket into the head and replace the spring clip back onto the head to hold it in.Installing the head into the track is even easier. Since I was replacing old heads, I had to remove them, which is accomplished by pulling on the spring loaded collar to unlock it from the track so that you are able to rotate it 90° to disengage the plug base, with the electrical contacts, from the track channel.Installation of the new light heads is just the reverse of that process. When you look in the track channel you can see which side has one slot running the length and the other side with two slots. All you have to do is match that up with the single and double conductor sides of the base on each light. Then rotate the base 90° to slot the conductor into their corresponding slots in the channel.I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this is a very forgiving process. If you don’t get it right on the first try, you are able to try again without causing damage to the electrical tabs. The whole process of removing the old heads and installing the new ones was very fast. Even with a couple mistakes caused by not having it straight when I rotated the light to engage it, I was able to re-engage and get everything done very easily.The lights themselves are very bright. They have an excellent attractive look and seems very well designed and functional. The bracket that holds each light is extremely versatile. The light heads are easily adjusted to point exactly where you need them and the attached thumb screws tighten down to hold it in place.This particular track light that we were upgrading is in our kitchen, and these lights made a tremendous difference in illuminating that area.All in all, we are extremely pleased with these track light heads.
