There are several bolt clips in this set. Mine has 8 purple color themed clips, though other colors and set sizes could also be available. The product information says these are universal clips, so it ought to work, at the very least, with standard regulation road vehicles. Or in other words, the typical car, van, truck, etc. But as of right now, I don't know if it could also be applied to other vehicle types or not, such as tractors, etc. Perhaps I missed that information somehow. But do be sure that the vehicle you want to get these for is indeed the type of vehicle that they are intended for.These are interesting items, in my opinion. It took me a moment to figure them out because of the purple piece having a central hole that looks like the bolt is supposed to be screwed into it, much like typical nuts and bolts. But apparrently it's not like that. It would seem that, upon closer inspection, the tip of the bolt, which has a spherical ball point tip, is supposed to simply rest within that larger nut's hollow spot. This larger nut also has a button of sorts, for popping the bolt away to release the clip. The bolt does still have screw grooves, but they're for the smaller washers and nuts, to secure the bolt in place.Personally, I'm not a mechanic or car expert of any kind. Far from it. I just needed some universal car hood clips rather than trying to track down a type specific for the kind of car we have. That's why I chose these. Plus the visible end is purple, which is quite aesthetically pleasing to me. But while I ended up asking family for help installing them, I do believe that someone with more knowledge and experience with cars than I have will certainly figure these out easily enough, if they don't already know.Overall, the metal used here appears to be of reasonably good quality and strength. I do expect that so long as these clip bolts are used as intended, are installed correctly, and are taken care of, that they should be durable enough. 5 out of 5 stars.

Intended, I guess, for bumpers, etc. Too small for a hood. When pushed together firmly, it does latch tightly, and looks good.

This 8 pack of push button latches work great. Easy to install and they hold tight until the button is depressed to release the pin. The pins and latches are made of stainless steel so they will stand up to the elements and they have a bright shiny finish.

I installed these on the hood of my Polaris RZR, and they work fantastic. They look much better and are far more convenient than the original latches.
