This exceeding my expectations by far! I'm new to making sourdough but finally at the point where I'm making it enough to need more than just my hands and glass bowls. For the price I paid and the amount of things that came in this I figured the quality would be mediocre. I was very wrong! Not only are the items visually stunning; they are so durable and sturdy and you can tell are very good quality. They also are bigger than I thought they'd be. I made the best two loaves of sourdough yet the first time I used everything. You won't find a better sourdough kit for this price. I also never make reviews but when I saw that this was a smaller company based in America I had to hype them up. Thank you for making me feel more comfortable in my sourdough journey.

Very pleased with this set. The rattan Banneton bowls were sturdy and well made. Loved the shape of the scrapers. Easy to use and fits the hand well. The lame was mediocre, but it's typical of any of the sets out there, so it was expected. If you are going to do this regularly, I would upgrade to something better.Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of my purchase.

I love the quality of the materials and the fabric is great in comparisonto others ive gotten! Can't wait to use them for the next batch of bread, the recipe book provided is a great addition.
