We have 8 chickens. Some are laying. Not all are old enough yet .We live in Texas and it can get quite hot.The chickies LOVE this product.It looks a little like gatoraid. It may be for all I know.The chickens survived well in over 100°temps for 5 or 6 days in a row.I like that the packets are premeasured.To me, worth the money for the time saved in getting the mixture correct.

Have been using this product since I brought home my very first flock of chicks in 2015. Have used other brands and liked them fine, but I always default back to this. Not expensive really, but costs a bit more due to the packaging system. Great product overall, I don’t mind the slightly higher cost per use because the premeasured packet makes it convenient, no need to always have a measuring spoon on hand or to do the math when I don’t. Just tear open the pack, Pour in the container, shake it up and you’re done. Work smarter not harder. Great for someone like me with ADD. I’m not always organized and often forget to grab a measuring spoon or something to stir it with.

Birds were neglected at first with patents guarding unpatched eggs. Added to chick electrolytes 8 hrs after chicks birth & 2 perked up right away. Parents caught on they needed feeding when they started chirping at 12 hrs

We literally throw this in the chicken's water whenever they have any diarrhea or vomit. Works wonders!Use with chicks until they are on their own.

Product is way too expensive for the three little packages you get. You can get nine packets of electrolytes from the same company, but a different seller, on Amazon for a dollar or two less than what this cost for three. Packages look like someone pulled them out of a utility drawer, and tossed him in the mailing envelope. Nothing professional or quality about it. The expiration date is coming up in october, these have been sitting around somewhere for a year and a half since they were manufactured according to the imprinted date. There are larger quantities of very good probiotics available for chickens, in more professional appearing packaging, and at better overall prices, I think. Shop around, even on Amazon, but do not waste your money on these three packages from this source at least.

This is a must have for growing ducklings and chicks. I’ve read that most people looking at data made however it’s 24 months since date is was made. I’m happy with product. Little bit more then I trucktor supply but Ive received it fast and easy. Thank you seller
