These work very well at filtering the finer particles. They will restrict airflow slightly but I have three of these on Noctua NF-P12 Redux 1700 as intake fans and air is still moving into my case. The trade off to slight airflow decrease is the amount of finer particles these will remove. I wish the frame was a little more durable, and these will not take the screws, at least in my configuration they will warp the filter when its screwed so I just use the magnetic frame. I would not recommend trying to screw these to your fan as the frame will bend, but they filter very well.

This seems like an odd thing to rave about, but these are great. I have 3 (soon to be 4) 140mm Computer fans being used as external air movers around stereo and computer equipment. So, they are not mounted to a computer case, but mounted to brackets on shelves, or sitting behind equipment. While the blades wont cut you if you stick your finger in them, they can hurt, and its annoying. These covers are perfect, and they have the added benefit of filtering out some dust. They are super light weight, and look great. The come with the hardware to mount them to the fan, and they fit perfectly. I will be ordering more.

This did not fit my Thermaltake Core V1 side panels but that is on me for not measuring beforehand. I highly recommend getting these types of filters (nylon or metal) instead of the abundant black PVC filters. Those are literally pieces of plastic that have zero effect on filtering dust except for the biggest particles.If you want to go the DIY route, pantyhose is a better filtration material than the black plastic filters. There are other routes, like A/C filters or nylon/metal mesh and cutting it to size. I recommend going 80-100 mesh for best airflow.

The dust filters are working as expected so far without any issues. They are easy to install and simple to clean.

It hold the dust but if the fan or plastic cover of the back of the fan touch by suction the grill this one will break eventually. Last around 2 weeks and 4 days before you can see the line of the hole...

Working well to keep dust out of the radiator and out of the Asus Rtx 3080$$$.I use them in front of 3 140mm Noctua 1200 in take fans. The filters do not appear to inhibit air flow. However the Noctuas work well in high air resistance applications.
