We’ve been thoroughly pleased with the 9.26" CarPlay Android Auto Screen from Avylet. After being dissatisfied with a previous unit from another vendor that connected directly to the vehicle’s stereo head unit, we found the Avylet device to be a breath of fresh air.The previous module often failed to connect at startup, had subpar resolution, poor audio quality, a sluggish touchscreen, and did not support the vehicle’s steering wheel controls. In contrast, the Avylet device is free from these issues. It boots quickly, maintains connectivity, boasts a very responsive touchscreen, and offers better resolution.One of the standout features is the Display-Only Bluetooth, which allows us to retain the use of the vehicle’s integrated steering wheel controls and audio system. The included mounts have strong adhesive and securely hold the device in place. Additionally, the backup camera provides a clear picture.I also want to highlight Avylet’s excellent customer service. They responded to our inquiries and requests by the next day and provided helpful documentation and videos for installation and configuration. They even went the extra mile to provide a custom boot image of our Great Dane for the device.If you’re considering purchasing this unit, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

After using the Avylet CarPlay system in my 2007 Nissan Altima for a couple of weeks, I highly recommend it for those on a budget. The touch screen is excellent, and the sound quality is fantastic and easy to set up. It connects seamlessly with my iPhone and responds well to voice controls. The navigation on the larger screen is very helpful, with adjustable brightness and automatic dimming options. The backup camera is also great quality and easy to set up, activating automatically when in reverse. Overall, I would buy it again and recommend it to others. Customer service is quick and helpful with any issues!

The Android auto and Bluetooth handsfree phone work great! The screen is large and was very easy to set up. You do not have to have your phone connected to the screen with a cord like my 2022 camry does to get Android auto. This is very convenient. The only issue I have is the rear camera has to be hard wired to the screen to work. This is advertised as wireless and the rear camera is not. Therfore, I was unable to use the camera. I am using this on a camper and there is no easy way for me to run a wire from the cab of the truck to the rear of the camper. I only gave it 4 stars for this reason. I would give 5 stars to the Android auto and Bluetooth phone functions. The voice commands for the phone also work great. If the rear camera is important to you and you can hard wire it, it does work. Just wouldn't work in my case.

This has made my 20 year old truck feel a lot newer. My advice is that if you’re not comfortable with wiring the cable to your reverse light you can either watch YouTube videos like what I did or you can just skip the wiring altogether. The only problem with not wiring the reverse camera to the reverse light is that you would have to manually turn the camera on by pressing a button on the screen but it’s very responsive and shouldn’t be an issue. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who drives a car without android auto or apple car play
