This is an easy set up unit plug-in attach stream who is the who choose to use it. If not, don’t it has awesome colors. It pulls great moisture out of the air turns different color when you need to dump the tank super easy to pull the tank off empty it and put it back in place. It’s worked great as soon as it’s been plugged in and I’ve been using it for six months now with zero problems. I would absolutely hands-down buy this product again

I had water intrusion on my back lanai due to various storms and gutter problems of the condominium that I live in. Long story short, I needed to buy a dehumidifier for the back lanai. Wow! This does exactly what they say it will do. it is so convenient so easy to use and I’m so grateful it’s keeping the area dry And I’m feeling like it was an excellent purchase and would recommend it to anyone. I really appreciate the fact that it turns off automatically if it gets full and also it looks pretty with the different light choices, which is kinda interesting and cool. I didn’t expect to like as much as I did. And also, it’s not very noisy it’s got a low profile and looks attractive in the back room. You don’t even notice it quite frankly. I’m really glad I got this dehumidifier.

Packs a punch for a small dehumidifier. Great value for your money and you can feel and see the difference in the air quality. We got this dehumidifier for our basement which was constantly musty and wet in the spring/summer. It works very well and we notice a difference in the humidity. It draws out so much water and the tank is clear so it allows us to see how much water is drawn from the environment. The tank has ample space to fill up with water. It is very easy to empty and place back in the machine.

Great small dehumidifier that has over exceeded my expectations especially for the size and price. It has been used every day since September in our master bath which has no exhaust fan. Pulls all the moisture out quickly and gives a nice light show. I can’t wait for summer when humidity is high. Our master bed/bath is about 800sq/ft and works great.

I bought this for my very humid utility room, putting the overflow tube into the drain. It works like a charm running 24/7 and it's very quiet.My only complaint is that when the power goes out you have to manually turn it back on again.

There are a lot of choices in dehumidifiers but we chose this one and are so glad we did. Within a day, our humidity dropped to a comfortable level. It’s so quiet and already set up to start when you open the box. It’s extremely quiet.

I didn’t realize how much moisture I had in my room until I tried Simsen’s dehumidifier. I liked it to the extent I bought another one. The only thing I wish they could work on is the white noise it makes, despite that it’s a great product to have.

The product worked nicely for the first 4 months. Then a loud rattling sound was made every time I ran the dehumidifier. I contacted the company with the extended warranty and they referred me to the manufacturer as it was less than an year and under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted Amazon, who gave me a generic email which bounced back. Amazon never responded to my request asking to check the email and provide working contact details. I looked online for the manufacturer, based in the US and never got a response. I am extremely disappointed as the product worked well, but only for a very short time. And no one has been able to support me to get it fixed or replaced.
