Hard to find seaweed as the grocery stores that sell sushi are not allowed to carry seaweed papers, Havenot tried to use the mats, but repeat they look well made and sturdy.

Bought these last minute to make sushi with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, they worked perfectly! We did cover it with plastic wrap to make things easy clean up wise . 10/10 would buy again.

I purchased these as a back up to my other set and I've noticed they're much more difficult to use. They're very sturdy and aesthetically they're very nice, but they are so stiff none of the rolls we made turned out.

I 100% would recommend this !!! If you are debating on buying one of the plastic ones that have different shapes, don’t because this one provide way more even and rounder better looking sushi pieces!! It is also way easier to use !!in the picture you can see that the sushi on the top is the traditional one and the bottom is a non traditional one …
