I got this to use as a compact fishing yoyoIts really sturdy aluminum The lead line it comes with is really tough, I would say it easily holds 250 lbs but the clip could be better.If you're wondering, it holds about 200yrds of 100 braided test, fits in the palm of your hand, and makes a great compact fishing yoyo for any backpack.

This diving reel is very nicely made. Nice smooth aluminum reel, large hole to get a gloved finger through. Reel spins smoothly on either a gloved hand or a bare hand. Line is lightweight but tough, brightly colored, easy to see in dim and dark areas. The hook for the end of the line is the only thing about this that feels cheap. Will probably swap to a decent carabiner for the hook, rather than the included hook. Otherwise, good quality, highly recommend.
