I purchased this on Jan 4, 2025 and this stopped working 31 days later, right after the warranty closed. Is this for only 1 month product?

I bought this for my mom, who prefers electric pads because they heat up much faster than water-heated mats. Over the years, we’ve purchased several Shiatsu Life products, and while they’ve always been reliable, the premium line has become quite expensive.This time, I decided to go with the lite version, and it’s working just fine so far. It provides the same fast heating my mom prefers, without the hefty price tag.I’ll update this review regarding its longevity, but for now, it seems like a solid and cost-effective choice.

I love this product! It heats up very quickly and make getting into bed cozy and soothing. I can feel the stress anf tightness leaving my body and the heat feels so good! I turn it on for about 30 minutes before I get into bed and turn it off when I'm falling asleep. If I wake up and feel cold at all, I just turn it back on for few minutes and I'm all cozy again. This has been great for my arthritis and overall, I'm sleeping better!

This blanket is a nice thickness, warm and great quality. I purchased for my mother and it stopped working the 2nd day. I called customer service and they replaced it immediately. We have not had any issues with the new blanket. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this product!

This pad worked great while it lasted. After a little over a year, the unit no longer turns on. Seems like it might be an issue with the controller. For what this costs, probably better off orking a little more out for something better quality that lasts.

Living in the long winter time in Canada, Shield Life TheraMat is a must-have item. Our whole family cannot sleep without it.I have been using this for past 10 years in our each beds for the whole family, also whenever I’m using my cellphone on the heating pad, it doesn’t give any weird sounds which I have had other heating pad experience. Also the company A'K SQUARE has the best customer service, I had some questions, they’ve responded promptly with a fine solutions and made me happy.
