There were couple of screen but i went with this based on reviews.what i like- was not sure if sound will be compatible with Toyota Camry 2011 JBL Audio but it worked flawlessly via AUX cable. Same music quality as original car audio system.- Display is nice and clear although its not super high tech like phone screen.- Connects automatically to android auto or carplay.- Touch is responsive but don't expect it to be like high end smartphones. Its way better than some of the factory installed car play system.- Installation is easy but you have to figure out how to hide wires to make it look professional.- reverse camera installation is bit time consuming so i will add it later once done.- overall , value for money.could be better- front camera would be good to have. I already installed front one so i did not need it.- better software optimization would be huge plus along with more processing power and RAM.- screen could be better.

I drive a pretty old car. But it still runs great, and it’s been paid off for a long, long time. The only thing I envy about my friends’ newer models is that sweet center console with the big navigation screen and entertainment system. I always wanted to add something to my car to level the playing field, but it was always too expensive.This Lamtto system is very affordable and links right up with my iPhone (not the current model, but hey, the phone is not nearly as old as my car!) and gives me a big, bright navigation screen and music from my phone. My wife and I used to fight about GPS. I wanted to use our old Garmin. The software was always out of date, and it sometimes took as long for it to find the satellite as our whole trip, but at least I could see it. My wife always wanted to cradle her iPhone in her lap and tell me when and where to turn – sometimes after we’d already passed the street. Now we have the best of both worlds. Nearly instant navigation through the smart phone plus a big, bright, colorful screen even my aging eyes can easily see.The box comes complete with several different mounting options, all the necessary cabling, and even a backup camera that I haven’t installed yet. The camera takes its power from the car’s reverse taillights so I’ll have to ask my electron-savvy friend Joe to help me with that. I’ll update when I get a chance to install it. The screen’s power adapter that plugs into the cigarette lighter port on the dashboard even has an additional USB A slot you can use to keep your phone or other device charged up while you drive.I always thought my “center console upgrade†would cost an arm and a leg but I was wrong and I couldn’t be happier. I see Lamtto has several models and options so you might want to shop their brand to see if there are versions with other features you may want. For me, this unit gives me everything I was looking for. It also works with Android systems if that's what you use - I might try it out with my Android tablet to check it out.

Good screen size and easy installation. The clarity and brightness of the screen is excellent. The app and bluetooth work flawlessly. As soon as I get into my truck, it connects instantly. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I have gotten one for each of my vehicles that didn’t already have CarPlay. This has everything any newer car has and is even faster and more responsive than some of the earlier implementations of factory CarPlay. It works for Apple CarPlay as well as android auto. You can connect with aux or Bluetooth to route all of the sound through your cars speakers for hands free phone calls and Spotify music. The screen has very good quality and is responsive and smooth to navigate. The backup camera is also a very nice feature. I am very happy that it includes all of the features you would get in a newer vehicle, plus some, for such a good price. I definitely recommend this!

My younger son has now got his first car and being an older model it had nothing like this with it so got it for him.He managed to set this up without the manual in 10 minutes said was so easy, we are Android so used Android Auto and it connected instantly with Bluetooth .It sits so well and holds perfectly once positioned, you then have access to the touch screen for your apps and play your music while driving , the level is great not to quiet, not to loud and the touch screen is very responsive .The size is really good and easy to see , plus you have the back up camera if you want to set that up also we have not yet but will do .The plus with this is you can use your own phone apps and also you have now a sat nav at your finger tips with google maps , perfect for a new driver .You can clearly answer calls and make calls using hands free with your voice assistant which varies if you are Apple or Google but it works perfectly and also can use voice commands .The google maps can be used alongside other apps so you can pick and mix with music etc and maps .The operation is so simple and smooth cannot fault this it has everything you need and for an older car it gives him the modern features of a newer car .So clear to look at and easy to use settings it is a breeze to use and he it totally over the moon the quality is excellent , what more do you need , maps, calls and video and music etc all on the go love it and the 9 inch is a really ideal size not to big not to small so does not cause issues with the front view .

I have a 2015 Hyundai Tucson which I recently purchased and found out the navigation system is outdated and does not support Android Auto. The manufacturer Hyundai told me. There is no other solution to upgrade it unless I get one of these aftermarket integrated systems for 300-400 GBP before considering installation costs to replace the original media display. I did not want to upgrade with the integrated system, because I don't like when a car has non-original parts and for me, it brings the value of the car down. After looking at a few positive LAMTTO product reviews on YouTube, I stopped on this one as it has a large display. For me, it is a great fit. I have been using it for couple of weeks now. The installation is pretty straightforward, the suction-based bracket is very flexible and preferred as it will not leave glue traces. With a shorter arm, it keeps the display sturdy. The display has an integrated speaker and many options to connect to your car's speakers. The display is easy to operate, and Android Auto works well. The product does not have a rearview camera, but my car has one, so I didn't need it. The only things left to figure out are hiding the cables, for which there is a little tool provided as part of the product box. The way you hide cables is different for each car, I still haven't looked up how to do this for my car. The only remark is because the display comes a bit too high and can block part of the view, you may opt for one of the other Lamtto flatter screen products. Otherwise the product is a very good option if you don't need to replace your original media.

I am really pleased with this Apple CarPlay screen. I have installed it in my 12 years old BMW X1 andits really modernised itI do need to do a little work to hide the cables, I plan to wire it into my fuse box, but the unit works well and very easy to setupIt is powered by the cars 12-volt cigarette lighter socket and connected very easily to my iPhone.There is also a cable to connect to the car’s speaker via an AV phono connectorI connected my Amazon music, and it sounded great.I did consider having a CarPlay screen fitted professionally a few years back, but the price was just not avoidable.The Lamtto unit is excellent value for moneyThe screen in crystal-clear, and responsive it also comes with a couple of different mountsThere is also a reversing camera which I will install when the weather improvesFor the price, this is a CarPlay screen to consider.

Fit into an old Toyota Auris and works very well. The device itself is abit lightweight, neither a con nor a pro really as it's not really portable, but feels a bit cheap. Screen is plastic so you don't get that solid feeling, but again, it's very well priced and I didn't really expect it to be iPad quality.Super easy to set up, it comes with a back up camera (I have no need for this), and Aux cable to connect to your car speakers, a suction mount, a flat surface mount(?), an aerial and a the 12v car power supply which also has a USB output slot so you can also use to charge your phone etc.Once powered, I connected my phone to it via BT, and my phone prompted me to connect to Android Auto via the screen and that was it. For sound, I connected my phone to the car via BT and output the sound from the screen to the car speakers and it worked a charm.Now, once I go into the car and turn the engine on, the screen automatically turns on and automatically connects to my phone and boots up Android Auto which is great.I do find setting a navigation from my phone a bit easier than using the screen but that's personal preference, the touch screen is responsive and it works well using Google Maps and Spotify with the split screen function.Overall, it's allowed me to use Google Maps and Spotify with greater ease than loading it solely on my phone to navigate, the large 9" screen makes it much better and is more central to my dash than my airvent mounted phone to the right of my steering wheel.A good purchase for the price and does everything I want it to do.
