- With a small probability,It is normal to have a slight smoke and slight odor of burnt plastic when you turn it on at the first time. Don't worry, it turns peaceful after minutes of running.
- We have adjusted the temperature into first gear (lowest) when products being packed in factory , you can turn the adjustment button clockwise to increase the temperature to your desired.

This thing is mucho caliente! Like don’t use it then set it down on carpet cause it will melt it fast! Oops! Works like a beast! Not heavy, easy to use, gets the job done and then some! Just be careful! Ha!

I tried to use this heat gun to sublimate on a mug. I burnt the mess out of that mug. I thought I wasted money but realized that the problem was me and not the heat gun. I tried it again after I started sublimating tumblers in an oven--I use the heat gun put my shrink wrap on. It worked beautifully! Now I use it regularly for other little projects. This gun can get very hot--hence the burnt mug. I highly recommend this heat gun! Its a nice color too!

After reading through the manual. i plugged the device into the wall & switch it to 1. It made a horrible sound & no heat or orange light was seen at the top. Changed power outlet & it done the same thing. Obviously something not right so not messing 2ith it until it catches fire. Very unhappy about this.
