Notes

1.When the heat gun's nozzle is obstructed, the temperature inside the machine reaches 150°(302°F), the heat gun will activate the overheat protection mode. The machine will automatically cool down (for approximately 10 seconds), during which heating will stop. Once the overheat protection is deactivated, the heat gun will resume heating to the original set temperature.

2.The heating coil will glow, and may emit some smoke, this is because the new coil has a thin coating of anti-rust, and smoke will dissipate quickly. After using several times, the front tube will become darker, which is normal due to the high cycles.

3.It's normal when it is used for the first time, a small amount of glue contained in the built-in mica paper will dry up and produce slight smoke, the smoke will disappear after 10 minutes, which is normal and will not affect the use of the heating gun.

• The nozzle must be at least 2" (25 mm) from the surface being heated to permit adequate air flow and to prevent overheating, if the nozzle too near to surface overheating function will start on temperature in 221 ℉(105℃）. it will normal heating when the nozzle distance at least 2" (25 mm) from the surface.
• Always use protective gloves, safety glass, respirator mask to protect yourself before using power tools
• Availability of water or fire extinguisher in case of a fire
• Don't use heat gun as hair dryer
• Don't aim the heat gun nozzle at person and animal
• Don't concentrate the tool to heat on window pane or other glass surface
