It looks good. The top and the screw holes lined up well with a little caress. The bottom appears to be a little off but, it might work itself out with a little sun and time. It should come with the screw covers and screws but, it doesnt. The price was great. Time will tell.

Good news is that it is identical in size and design as the original I was replacing. Bad news is that it's the original crappy design that I was replacing. Color and texture was a close enough match to my original 2008 Ford F150. Not exact, but close enough. Was surprised to see a small bag of different trim removal tools included, but more surprised that the 3mm bolts to attach to the pillar and plastic trim covers were not included. No big deal if you have them from the original, but a huge deal if you don't.

It was a great replacement part color match great and the plastic wedges worked great but you should add the replacement screws and the 2 small cover plates that cover the screws.
