These are not packed well from the manufacturer, I had two attempts at delivery and the manufacturing packaging couldn't keep them from them going through the Amazon package. First package you could tell Amazon tried to fix the box but it was after they lost 2 of the collars.The collars themselves aren't the tightest in specification, they are a little loose on a CAP curling barbell but will tighten down to the weights.These collars do not thread tightly on CAP dumbbell bars. I guess those are slightly thinner in diameter.

They do what they're supposed to. They don't really stay in place but I've never had a pair that has. So idk

12/22/23 Like the title says, I finally found spin lock collars that fit all my old dumbbell handles without modification. I tried two different sets from CALIDAKA, one was steel, and the other was plastic which broke. Neither would thread on. I also tried a steel set from WINOMO that also didn't fit. I did try purchasing these before and left a bad review, but that was because they were never shipped. Probably because of the holidays. I decided to give A2ZCARE another shot, and I'm so glad I did! Both the WIMONO & CALIDAKA collars are the same size and very small compared to the A2ZCARE and my original collars. See the attached photos. I've gotten all my dumbbell handles second hand, some are Weider, and some have no name, but I believe they are CAP. The CAP handles are a little thicker than the Weider handles, and the thread type is also different. Again, see the attached photos. But all 6 of these A2ZCARE collars thread right onto both brands of handles effortlessly and are the same size as my original Weider & Bollinger collars. If you have different name brand handles, don't know the name of the handles and or size, give these a try. I would definitely recommend these A2ZCARE spin lock collars!

The inner diameter is not 1" (or 25 mm) as advertised. As shown in photo, the opening is actually 15/16" (or 23 mm). Other reviews here have said is small, or too large. Disappointing.

I have a set of older 1 inch dumbbells and a barbell. The existing collars were old and the metallic covering was flaking off, leading me to cut my fingers, quite severely on them. I ordered these, they are a perfect fit. Like brand new. Very pleased.
