This is not just a "here's your damn broach" made of cheap metal and easily broken. I baught this pin for my daughter to wear in her heritage day celebration after I couldn't locate the pin my great grandfather brought over from Ireland and handed down to me. I figured it would be more like a cheap costume piece that you find in a "Spirit" costume shop around Halloween. It's not. It looks just like it does in the photo with very nice detailing, it's not easy for a small child to manipulate or destroy, and it has a lot more metal weight to it than I originally thought. I am so incredibly happy with this piece that I'm planning on holding onto it and wearing it proudly for years to come!

This is a beautiful piece. I bought this to pin my shake and would say it’s the perfect size for that. Perfect weight and coloring for pinning wool. A get buy and great seller, would repurchase their products in the future!

When I bought it I expected a lot, and it was great! Came way earlier than expected and it has a great look to it, honestly for anybody seeing this review, buy it! This is the real deal type broach, its very sturdy and doesn't break easily AT ALL. I was honestly surprised how good it was when I opened my package but honestly, I would buy this again if I needed it. Love it!

Large. Beautiful workmanship. Fastener too thick to wear on jackets without leaving holes. Too heavy for a shirt. Perfect for kilt, purse, hat, or permanent fixture on coat.

This was an awesome broach, the only bad part was the picture made it look like it was either nickel or silver and it arrived looking brass.

Aside from the fact that it was brass, and that description wasn't immediately known based on the photos, or the initial description, it was a very nice brooch. I only wish the same exact design was available in chrome, or, the material it looked like it was made of in the photo; pewter.

The kilt brooch emblem and border is nicely etched and it is a good quality and weighty. I use it to close my wool wrap.
