Two Major Swabs: Polyester and Foam Swabs
Lint Free polyester Cleaning Swabs
Polyester swabs are produced using automated processes that thermally bond knitted polyester fibers. They exhibit strong resistance to most solvents and are effective at scrubbing away tough grease, partially cured adhesives, and flux residues.
High Absorptive Foam Cleaning Swabs
Foam swabs consist of compressed open cell polyurethane foam firmly fixed onto a polystyrene shaft. They are great for cleaning electronics, keyboards, and tight spaces, offering excellent absorbency, purity, and precision cleaning, as well as liquid application and surface sampling.

The 5 different size and material swabs gave me options depending on the surface, size of crevices, and type of dirt.The larger foam swabs were great for keyboards. The debris hung on, and was easily removed. The microfiber swabs worked well on flat surfaces like lenses to remove smudges.Before reading instructions, I used the smallest swab to clean the crevices in my refrigerator. While they ripped on tough wet jobs, they easily picked up gel like substances such as jelly. A small amount of cleaning spray helped with some dirt but best not to saturate.I would definitely recommend for electronics and devices where other swabs or tools can’t reach.They are disposable so I would prefer a more sustainable handle instead of plastic and if they can in a resealable package. But overall I like them and are nice to have available.

These swabs are pretty durable because of the plastic and come in some very useful sizes. The only issue is the thin flat tips, which can be useful on mostly flat surfaces, but not as good for tight curved surfaces, such as the inside of a 9mm or 12ga chamber. The thin swabs are ok for spreading cleaning fluids around, but not so much for absorbing and removing contaminants compared to a normal fat wooden cotton swab. On the plus side, these can bend a lot more than wood without breaking. It's good to have a few of these around for challenging spaces, but these are not replacements for normal swabs for general use, especially at 4x the cost.

I have used a few different swabs before and these are the best so far. What makes the difference is that the foam is fully supported with the plastic handle. What I mean is that the foam is completely backed so that it doesn't fold over or flop around. This is incredibly helpful when you need to slip it into s slot and it holds it shape. The plastic handle doesn't break like a wooden one would. Its a very fine, smooth foam and holds up well, I haven't had it break down on me yet. Good assortment of sizes and shapes, but they all are on the small side, I was expecting it to be bigger. These would be great for tiny delicate jobs.

These swabs were great for cleaning excess grease from a sunroof track in my car. There were 5 different sizes included in the package which all had different lengths and tip sizes. The swab material was clean and lint free and seemed like it would not leave behind any particles if you want to use these in a clean environment. The swab was also absorbent and did a good job to accumulate the grease I was trying to remove which should be the case for most common materials and liquids. The plastic handle was rigid enough to be able to apply some pressure and not break. These are great swabs for cleaning!

These swabs are plastic with an ultrafine woven material coating over the tips. The fabric is very smooth, soft and lint-free as advertised. However, the seams around the edges are harder and somewhat scratchy. I assume that top and bottom sheets were either heat-fused or glued together. I doubt the roughness would be an issue except for the most delicate of applications. I cut open this sample swab so you could see what's inside. Just more of the orange plastic, but the fabric is substantial enough to absorb a small amount of liquid. By the way, I used a razor blade so it seems unlikely to come apart under normal use.
