Works as advertised. I'm up in years and this really helps me with ab exercises primarily situps, crunches, and side crunches. Close grip, wide grip, cross grip, reverse grip works the abs differently. The head pad supports my neck for controlled range of motion. It works for me.

I have used this product for years. This purchase is my second one as I lost the first one in a move. This product makes it simple to do some crunches and adds to my brief workout each day. I really missed not having it around so I went with a product I trust. I recommend it.

This is the second one, first one was even worse condition when I opened the box. The first box was damaged quite a bit. One of the ends was greasy others were rusty. The bag with screw was open and parts scattered inside the box. Even the second one that was a little better had bad paint finish and rusty pipe ends. Overall, cheaply made, bad quality, not worth purchasing.

First, the packaging is mediocre at best. The unit comes in 7 pieces, each in a thin bubble-wrap sleeve and all set inside a box. Second, I really cannot tell if all of the pieces I received are new, or re-packaged, or if they just appear pre-owned because they were shipped from China in less-than-ideal conditions. Anyway, they were not pristine looking, nor were they obviously used. The headrest looked brand new, so I went ahead and assembled it.Assembly is very easy. The pieces only fit a certain way. It took 10, maybe 15 minutes tops. Once assembled the unit seems sturdy. I gave it a try and did not feel any wobbling and everything stayed together.Using it is very easy. I am short and I agree with other reviews that it is quite a stretch to get to that top bar. I found myself holding on to the sides, lower down on the pads. You have to adjust your sit up to get a good crunch, but after a few tries I figured it out and definitely felt it in my abs. Also, the crunch is a very small, controlled movement which is great. You have to remember to let the unit guide the movement and not try to force a full-on sit up or you will be disappointed.I had to shave off half a star for the head rest because it really could be more comfortable without costing more. It just needs a better design. The other half-star reduction is for the packaging and look of the individual parts; there really should not be a question of everything being new.For $22 I think it is a really good buy. It provides good form for the crunch, supports my head and does not strain my neck and really allows me to isolate the ab muscles. If it lasts a full year of regular use I would happily pay $22 again next year for a new one.

Easy to assemble, and I can feel the exercises working, and already seeing some results after just two weeks of use. It is so much better having a device such as this, as opposed to just doing sit-ups, or other abdomen exercises unassisted, as this can more so help target the necessary areas effectively. This is very lightweight and easy to use. There was no use manual that accompanied the package, but I looked up, and found, a video online for recommended exercises.

Packaged very well easy to assemble. The problem is the screws that they sent are very very small and very hard to put in the hole. I stayed with one screw out because it just won’t go in. I’ve tried the drill and the tool that came with and still nothing and on 2 of the screws it’s kind of out like it’s not all the way screwed in because it doesn’t want to go in As you can see in the pictures I provided Wouldn’t buy this again

One side is a full 3 cm higher than the other when laying flush on the floor. Still usable, but annoying. Not worth the hassle to return it but wouldn’t buy again.

The nut bolts do not fit well in the rods.Besides, the assembly took way way too long.Do not recommend.

Our first order was missing the screws so we ask to have it replaced. Process was straigh forward and we got the replacement immediately.Easy to assemble and helps in sit ups. Material is good and price is reasonable
