It’s made of plastic. I don’t think it suitable for people who are very heavy. The structure is very primitive and not sturdy. It’s working so far.

Delivery was weeks waiting. When delivered, there were no instructions, nor exercises. So no help/ideas for use/exercises to follow/target areas. Very disappointing purchase. Now have to google/YouTube ideas for exercises
