I bought the 7" wedge pillow in preparation for my breast reduction surgery. The pillow arrived promptly, and the seller even reached out to confirm the order and thank me for my purchase.I wasn't sure what to expect with this product or what my own needs would be when recovering. I was told that comfort would be an issue and that I couldn't sleep on my side for a while. I was really afraid of accidentally rolling over onto my stitches. Friends of mine who had similar procedures recommended everything from pillow forts to pregnancy pillows. I decided (very last minute) that I'd rather focus on getting the incline from a wedge pillow. I saw only two options (7" and 13") from this seller and decided to go with the smaller one because no one in the reviews seemed to complain about moving around in their sleep. 7 inches is a lot lower than I realized. We nearly sent the pillow back because we thought I'd have too much difficulty laying down and getting up. Luckily, I had the idea to place the wedge on top of another pillow.This worked like a charm when I got back from the hospital. The firmness of the wedge coupled with that extra height of the pillow underneath provided everything we needed. When I wanted to sit up more, we could pile other pillows on it without hurting the drains in my sides. I even took a nap without the pillow underneath (just using the wedge) Sleeping was much easier than I anticipated. I think I still snored, but I definitely wasn't moving around. To be fair, I had to wake up every two hours the first night, and it took three days before I could get a full night's rest. The fact that I got into a deep enough sleep to snore was more miraculous than anything. The wedge is definitely comfortable.Bonus note: I already owned one of those pillows with arms used for sitting up in bed. Whenever I tried switching to that pillow, I got nauseous. The angle and firmness of the wedge, when turned upright, somehow didn't trigger the same response.It's been three days since my surgery, but I've spent the vast majority of those days stuck in bed napping. I had my first follow up just this afternoon and my surgeon was impressed by how well I was healing up. I'd like to think this pillow had something to do with it.

My partner is hyper sensitive to sounds and my snoring really bothers her. I’ve tried a lot of different products but none seemed to help. I bought this pillow as a last desperate attempt before we moved in together.And... we think it works. She’s had a few restful nights sleeping beside me. No issues. No getting kicked out of bed or being woken up constantly. Prior she was waking me 5-10 times a night and we were both really frustrated.It makes my hips hurt a little, but small price to pay for a restful, undisturbed night. I’m hippy and curvy gal — might need to buy a support pillow for my waist/lower back. Otherwise pretty happy.Doesn’t smell weird.Firm with give.Overall comfortable enough.***Update 1 month: this has been great for my relationship but horrible for my hips/legs. I can’t sleep on my back - I’ll still a snore. On my side it’s improved by (girlfriend’s estimate) 90% and I can share a bed with my GF. I don’t get very restful sleep and it’s uncomfortable. The pain gets bad enough that I wake up every few hours and have to roll over. I’m hopeful that I’ll get used to it and be able to get a full nights sleep eventually.

Pretty good if you snore, the only downside is i wish it came with a pillowcase, IDK where to find one for it.

Quality is fine so far, and I like the height of the pillow when it is placed vertically. However, I am disappointed that the pillow arrived completely compressed and, after a few days, its base still hasn’t expanded to its promised full 7â€.

When I got this it was in a small box, so my expectation dropped. After opening the box and getting it out of the plastic bags, it started to expand. It still felt soft, so I was thinking that I just wasted my money. Well, I left the house for a few hours, and when I got back home, it had finished expanding. I put it on the bed and hoped for the best. Upon laying on it I was surprised that it felt so firm. I woke the next morning with little pain in my neck and back. I noticed that it made breathing easier. It held its shape, was just the right incline, and was comfortable. I'm so glad that this was better than my first impression. I like that it has a zippered cover for washing. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a wedge pillow, but isn't sure of this one.

I bought this wedge pillow to elevate my shoulders and head for sleeping due to a medical condition. I bought THIS wedge pillow in particular because it got good reviews for NOT smelling bad in the way that most foam products do during the "outgassing" phase. I opened this pillow in the morning, it puffed up during the day to its full size, and I was able to use it that night! There was NO chemical smell at all! It is the right height and width for me to use with my other softer pillows on top. The foam is a little dense so my shoulders hurt if I lay on it while on my side. But, if I lay on my back as recommended, I sleep great and nothing hurts. Thank you for this affordable, chemcial-smell-free, wedge pillow!

I was happy with this purchase, suffer with desperate chronic reflux and use pillows to prop me up at night so this definitely helps it’s comfortable and not too big in the bed where it’s too much I still feel like I’m lying flat. Doesn’t work as advertised as an aid for sitting up and it does not come with a cover I had to purchase one separately and it’s hard to get an exact fit for for that it lost a star. I got this one because of the price I didn’t want to invest in a good one yet because I didn’t know if I’d like the shape it’s different but not hard to get used to I think I’ll definitely go for the higher up version next time but overall it’s a winner

I bought one from here and another from bed and b. Beyond. This one I received from Amazon delivered away faster, as well as it is made of latex though a bit harder than expected. I paid 20 more to the one from b.b. beyond but it was made of foam - got cheated by them. This one from Amazon works the best. Only concerns I have, the cover had some stains from the beginning, I thought it could be cleaned but after washed, still was not able to remove it. It is worthy to buy and strongly recommended to those who suffers from acid reflux symptom. Thank you but the next time I order again, please check the cover sheet stain free.

This item came in the mail as flat as a pancake so I had my doubts about it. As soon as I opened the package it started to inflate and within 3 or 4 hours it had expanded completely. It came with its own cover that is easy to get off to wash but difficult to get back on because it is an exact fit. I eventually broke down to buy a much larger pillow case cover that I can easily get on and off to wash so I don't have to touch the cover it came with very often to wash. The first week I found it quite hard to sleep on and thought I had bought a dud. I persevered and after a while I became used to the firmness and support it provided. It aids in several chronic health issues. I also use it when I just want to lay in bed to read. When I have travelled or gone to visit, it feels strange to lay flat in a bed and I miss it. My only complaint is I wish it was wider because sometimes my shoulders and arms flop off the wedge. I remedy this with a pillow on each side of me. My doctor says this is good for back support/ spine issues, gastric reflux, snoring, sleep apnea and other health problems.

I have had major surgery and have to sleep on my back at the moment, which is not a natural position for me. I bought this, and I’m sleeping propped up, which relieves some of the pressure in my lower spine. I am sleeping much better. It has a slightly odd smell. I would have liked the option to buy a pillowcase to fit, because it’s much bigger than a standard pillow. I have ended up wrapping a single duvet cover around it.
