Bike is beautiful once it is put together. The manual does not help at all. The pictures do not co inside with the actual bike parts. Works well once you have it assembled.

The directions are generic for all the bikes. Extremely difficult to assemble. It took 3 days and a lot of YouTube videos. I recommend going to the nooncool website and watching the (Extremely short and fast) assembly video for your specific model. I was literally up until 3am in tears christmas eve trying to finish it for my daughter. In the end I got it assembled just enough to look like a bike so I could put a bow on it for christmas morning. It took 2 more days and tears before I finally had it rideable.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who has a disability. So far it has been put together with cover hiding it till Santa comes.Seems to be a wonderful product and should keep the bike out of the weather it is also under a car port .

I don't know how, but when assembly was complete, I had a couple nicks in the paint on the frame. I reached out to MoonCool, only to be given a link to Amazon, for paint that was Gloss-finish. When the paint on the bike is Matt-finish! That is not a match! I asked for manufacturer and/or numbers to identify, and was sent same standard-response email. I consider that Crappy Customer Service!

The majority of reviews state that the directions are very difficult to understand and read. That is so true. It took me almost 4 hours to assemble and I had to guess for most of it. But I'm happy with the finished product and am overall satisfied with the trike

The customer assistance team is very responsive. However they’re not going to come to your house and build the bike for you. That being said, the manual was very unclear. Even if you follow it to the last detail it feels like some steps are being left out. I bought this as a gift for my mother but she still hasn’t been able to use it

We ordered this trike for a senior citizen (me!) but had some difficulty assembling it. The seller was SO helpful and willing to work with us. A local professional bike service was able to assemble it correctly and told us the product is comparable to the name brand bikes. I’m so happy with my trike! I can’t say enough GOOD things about this seller and their excellent customer service!!
