Frequently encountered problems during installation
Q1: Why can't I find the accessories in the manual in the package?
Answer: Please check it on the main body of the installation. For the convenience of installation, we directly fixed it on the frame in advance.If it is not on the main body, we can reissue it.
Q2: Can the screws in the middle of the main frame be removed?
Answer: Yes. This is to prevent deformation of the frame on both sides during transportation.
Q3: Why are some vacancies not available?
Answer: When installing the fender and the frame, please pay attention to screw it a few times to fix it first, and then tighten it after confirming the position, which is more convenient for adjustment and not easy to slip.
Q4: What should I do if the shape of the hook fixing the front wheel fender and the main frame is wrong?
Answer: You can try to adjust the direction of the hook with pliers and modify it to the correct position
Q5: The reflectors on the three wheels will slide, what should I do?
Answer: Find the triangular area near the center of the wheel, where the card is not easy to fall off.
Q6: Why is the tire core exposed during riding?
Answer: because of insufficient gas
Q7: Is there any discrepancy between the manual and the actual product?
Answer: After we found that there were too many negative reviews, we began to collect problems from buyers that caused the product to be difficult to install, and we have further upgraded the manual. However, the manual issued now is still the old version. If you encounter any problems during installation,we will actively solve them.

The trike was put together by a professional bike shop. It is now working and I am now happy with it. However, the trike as sent had a peddle crank that was the wrong size as drilled. Rather than wait for a new part to arrive from China I paid an extra $40.00 for a new part from a warehouse. Other than that it rides well and shifts well from with Shiaguam shifter. I would have liked to have had the trike without the nuisance of the defective part.

This was for an 81 year old man. So it's ok for him. Assembly was a bit of a challenge just take your time.

Great bike easy to ride. Took 4 hours to put together directions easy to follow. The basket is nice and big. My 70 pound golden doodle fits in the basket.

This bicycle is wobbly and not stable enough for an elderly person to feel comfortable using.

Took the better part of 2 days to assemble. Most difficulty was in connecting gears, etc. Seat was hard, not very compatible w/my rear end. Found a much larger, better shaped one on Amazon that works fine with my physique. Having said all that, I love the trike -- ride it every day and have greatly strengthened my leg muscles. BTW: I'm 87 years old!

The finished product looks just as listing shows but going from the box to finished will make you test your sanity more than once. The instructions suck. Some of the bolts are too short and I don’t want to even talk about the chain. I had to take the bike and chain to a bike shop and luckily they put the pin in chain for me free of charge. To assembly the rest of the bike they gave me a quote of $160. No thank you. However, once I found out what a pain the brakes were I was tempted to pay that price.For the price and the finished product I think it was a good purchase.
