My husband travels for work. His duffel bag was always on the floor I like the extra storage for slippers flip flops.Etc. nice and sturdy would definitely buy again.

Overall this was what we needed. Seems to be solid and sturdy, and we like the storage under the suitcase. One of the straps that holds the luggage was about 2 inches shorter than all of the others, so I left it off. Hoping I can get the right part from the seller. The instructions were missing a page, but I figured it out and it all fits fine. One of the legs had the bottom insert installed incorrectly, but I was able to remove it and install it correctly. I did not have any problems with the screws and being able to turn them by hand. I did not need a drill to assemble this.

You will need a drill to insert the small screws as they only partially screw in by hand. While trying to hand tighten the larger screws, I had stripped most of them and had to use pliers to tighten them. No verbal instructions, just drawings, and what they forgot to include was that the both folding inside pieces should abut the hanging garment storage unit. Couldn't figure out why the crossbars we're unequal in size, then realized inside to inside is the shorter distance and outside to outside is the longer distance. Much easier if you have help putting this together. I am a senior lady and I have assembled many furniture items in the past, but I found this extremely difficult. I would have sent it back but I had visitors coming so after I struggled for close to 2 houts, it's finally together. Looks good and seems sturdy but I wouldn't do it again, unless I someone to put it together for me.

My husband bought this because we had guests coming and wanted a place for them to put a suitcase. The guests said it worked nicely. It can also hold shoes or clothes on the inside cubbies. Buy this for your guest room!

I hate following assembly directions and yet I managed to put this together! Also, it is large enough and strong enough to hold a full suitcase and the cubbies below add additional storage!! Love it!

The pictures make this shelf unit look larger than it is. I think the items shown in the pictures are small. This item was extremely difficult to put together. Some of the screws were difficult to fit properly into the holes. The velcro on the bottom was cumbersome and I wish instead of velcro that it would have been a material slot like the top. I would not buy this again.

Item does need a power drill to get screws in. First rack arrived with one damaged piece (holes in the wrong place). Rather than return it I ordered a second rack, swapped out the piece and returned the second rack. The assembled unit is attractive and sturdy.

I’m a flight attendant living in an apartment with roomies, so good organizational solutions are important for me - since my luggage isn’t stored between most trips. It’s easier to keep things tidy when everything has its place.I read the reviews before purchasing, and was prepared for a really complicated assembly, but in fact it was very straight forward. Follow the diagrams carefully and you will do just fine. Everything you’ll need for the assembly is provided; small screw driver, allen wrench and a little wrench. I had pulled out my electric drill because some reviews mentioned needing one, and I never used it.
