Not good Carpet material. More like heavy felt. Don't recommend.

Quality of the carpet is good, but a bit stiffer than I usually use for subwoofer boxes. Not a big deal, just a bit harder to get around corners. Seems closer to a trunk liner material to me.

I was expecting something more like sub box material. It’s not. But it is sort of like it. It’s serviceable. My only complaint is that it took forever. No stars for speed of shipping.
