  • Operation Steps: When replace or retrofit AC system, you need recover the old refrigerant, disassemble AC system components, fill the flush canister with lightweight solution, assemble flush kit components and tighten, insert the tapered tip into line then flush and blow, assemble AC system component, vacuum leak check and recharge. Pay attention to pressure gauge index when using, please do not exceed 150 pounds per square inch

Ergonomically designed flush gun body is made of aluminum, equipped with brass 1/4" SAE hose adapter, brass spray nozzle, rubber tapered tip. The rubber tapered tip can be sealed against pipe opening and prevent backspray of solution. If the pipe opening is smaller than the rubber tapered tip, you can try to take the tapered tip off and insert the brass spray nozzle into the pipe.

WHAT are flushed away?

Old oil, refrigerant contaminants and residue, moisture, acid, dirt and something else. It depends on the solvent you're using.

WHEN to use?

When you replace or retrofit AC system, or there is odorous smell from air conditioning, or clean regularly refer to manufacturer's recommendation and the AC system situation.

WHERE to flush?

You can use this AC flush tool kit to deep flush each component individually including hose, condenser and evaporator. Do not flush the compressor, expansion valve, orifice tube, filter drier and accumulator. JIFETOR AC cleaning tool set also can be used to clean fuel pipe, and any other washable line such as household refrigerator air conditioner line.

NOTE

1. Please wear gloves and goggles when use.

2. This AC flush kit should be used by professional or under the guidance of a professional.

3. Always refer to equipment manufacturer's operation instruction.

4. Please wash the cylinder before first use, ensure there is no debris inside. After use, please clean up the residual solvent from the flush tool kit, dry and properly preserve.

5. The hose and o-ring are made of rubber, please choose SPECIFIC AC flush solution and note your flush solution will not corrode rubber.

6. Tighten all the components, insert the rubber tapered tip into pipe opening and hold it, then flush.

7. Don't exceed 150PSI.

8. Disconnect air supply and release the air in the bottle before add new solution.

9. Do not leave a pressurized flushing bottle unattended 10. Dispose of flush solvent, oil and debris in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

I used this canister to flush old merc190e evaporator, condenser,and all hoses and it works very well,, using first a solvent , then i used 91% alcohol, then i vac system and re gassed air con michael s.africa

Why do people pay hundreds of dollars at mechanic shops for things they can do for dozens of dollars themselves? I don’t know and you don’t either since you are reading this.It works fine. Dispensed AC cleaner perfectly.
