I used a dial indicator incremented in 0.0005" per mark to measure the runout at the tip and the measurement came to be around 0.00075". That's a pretty bad runout considering that it's advertised as having a guaranteed runout of no more than 0.0003".

Beautiful work and super high quality let down by a Morse taper that was sized incorrectly. The listed MT3 would not grip in the tail stock at all.
