Being an old mechanic/ex-drag racer, I have used ACDelco filters for decades with excellent results. I have tried some other brands and most were ok, but I always come back to using OEM ACDelco. Today, Amazon fitment says this PF64 is NOT for a 2018 Chevy Equinox 2.0T...well, they are wrong. This IS the correct oil filter. I understand there are a lot of variants out there & its difficult to keep up a current database with ever changing part numbers & cross-fitting parts. My recommendation is to do your own due diligence when selecting parts from Amazon as I have run into some other discrepancies...regardless of vehicle brand/type. But, back to the filter review....this is a quality filter that will deliver great expected results for a reasonable price. Never go cheap when it comes to selecting an oil filter however, you don't need to overspend either (unless racing/severe duty)...stay with OEM products & you'll sleep better at night.

It does great filtering, just like the wix brand , wix brand is my first choice, but AC delco is hard to beat.

This is the best priced OEM AC Delco oil filter that I have found. For the wet lubrication system, this is an OEM direct replacement oil filter. The dry stump oil filter might be different so please check your owners manual.

The PF64 does the job. Fortunately it fits both my C7Z and my Terrain. Good job GM. Never had any problems with OEM A/C Delco products.
