Stopped the rough running and flooding on 1988 2500 GMC. Check engine light went out also.

Installed this today on my 02 eldorado, my fan kicked right on, at 210, and temp dropped to normal operating temp, and I did not smell anymore rich fuel.

Absolute garbage made in china. This is not an AC Delco part. I called AC Delco and they don't know what this is. Made in China all over the box and no thread locker. Amazon should fix this. I sent this back because mine's down in the engine and I'm not going to put cheap garbage in. I would buy a doorman at AutoZone before I put this in my car.

Fit perfectly and as importantly read accurately. Temp on dash matched the infrared gun measurement. What you would expect for the price and OE quality.

As long as it lasts and works as it should this will remain a 5 star rating.

Part came a box with the foil seal denoting a genuine GM part, so I have no reason to suspect it isn’t legitimate. However, there wasn’t any of the thread sealant as shown in the pictures. It’s nothing a few layers of teflon tape couldn’t fix, but make sure you have some sealant on hand or inspect the sensor before removing the old one to see if it has sealant pre-applied.Otherwise it seems to be working fine.
