We had a slight set back while we were putting the bike together. The box had a hole in it, which caused one of the parts to fall out. We contacted the seller and they immediately responded and sent us what we needed in return. The bike is gorgeous and I am very pleased and so is my daughter.

It’s super cute. Took several hours to put together and the chain keeps falling off. It also has scuff marks and dents on it. It seemed packaged like new, but might have been a return.

Box was completely damaged and a piece of cardboard was taped over the damage. The rear fender was bent and the paint of the frame was majorly scratched
