I was finally really pleased with this computer. It's sleek, simple, beautiful screen, pretty fast and has lots of good features. But setup was unnecessarily hampered by one small problem. I couldn't make the mouse work. I managed to get by with keyboard taps eventually, but then took out the battery to see if it was in properly. About the third time I took it out I finally noticed that the battery supplied with the mouse actually had a thin tight plastic film on it--almost invisible. I peeled it off and voila--working mouse. Save yourself some grief and get that plastic cover off the battery.

Very easy to set up. Works like a charm. Much faster than my old computer. Syncs well with Microsoft 365.

This computer is highly efficient and operates smoothly, making it an excellent choice for work purposes. The camera quality is decent, but not exceptional. However, you can easily solve this by using an external webcam. Additionally, I have an external microphone for video calls.I really like the screen! It has a matte finish and is larger than I expected, although that was my mistake for not checking the dimensions. The advantage of it being an all-in-one (AIO) computer is that it takes up less space compared to traditional PCs.It's important to consider that many of the negative reviews were written by individuals who aren't very knowledgeable about technology. One common complaint was about fan noise, but honestly, it's not too bothersome. It sounds like a normal computer running. If it does bother you, you can use noise-canceling earplugs or consider getting an Acer laptop instead. If fan noise is a big issue for you, it's possible that this AIO computer may not be the best fit for your needs, and you might want to explore other computer options.Another problem mentioned was audio quality and issues with Spotify. In one review, the person only mentioned a problem with Spotify not playing audio, but they didn't realize that the issue was with Spotify itself and not the computer. Additionally, the speaker quality is not the best. I've had an Acer Swift Laptop for a couple of years, and its speaker is much better than the one on this computer. However, if you use this computer mainly for school work and games, you'll probably use headphones anyway, so speaker quality might not matter much.Lastly, for moms considering gifting this computer to their teenage video game enthusiasts, it's worth noting that it can run games like Roblox, Valorant, Overwatch, and Fortnite with full graphics.

I had gone about 6 years since buying my last laptop. I needed something up to date, fast, and efficient. I decided to purchase this Acer all in one and I am so glad I did. This computer is fast, easy to use, and capable of completing complex tasks. The 27" screen is totally awesome with magnificent clarity and color.

This laptop is fast and suitable for casual web surfing and video watching. Not great for modern gaming.Downside is that the sound is behind the screen, so I recommend using external speakers.The fan can be loud and annoying, but this is expected if the computer is doing something CPU-intensive such as large updates.Overall, great AIO computer.

I needed a new desktop and was weighing between this Acer and a Lenovo. The Lenovo had the disk drive I wanted, but I went with the Acer because I've had such good luck with them in the past. What a mistake! The day before the free return expired the mouse stopped working. I tried using the form on the Acer website, but it refused to recognize the serial numbers on the back of the computer. There are only two numbers, I tried each one three times and neither was recognized. This isn't rocket science. So, I found an email address, sent them a message. 72 hours later they responded, asking for those numbers. By this time my new mouse had arrived, and I was able to double check that all drivers were up to date. They were. The new mouse worked four hours and then it also stopped working. I let the computer sit for 3 days, working on my backup computer, turned this one back on, and it worked. For 10 days. Now it won't go online. At all. I'm going to have to do my best to get as much work as possible off of the computer onto an external hard drive and then return the thing to factory settings. And then I'll put it back in the box and donate it to charity. I can't stand it anymore. Don't make my mistake. Try a different brand.

This desktop is good i am happy but there is one thing i don't like about this desktop: the audio speakers The sounds has no base so i have to buy extra speaker with some base sound Other than that, that is a good computer Sure, i recommended this desktop.

El precio al principio me hizo dudar que fuera tan de buena calidad! y lo es, un super procesador y una memoria ram que vuela!! Para mi lo unico que no me gusto, es que el teclado en en ingles y aun asi no le veo porque no darle 5 estrellas!!

Buen Equipo de Computo me gustarÃa que me informaran nada mas si no viene anexado la usb ya que en el instructivo lo indica para el funcionamiento del mouse y teclado, agradezco me informaran revise todo su embalaje y bolsas de los artÃculos y no vienegracias por su atención.Espero su Respuesta.
