I've always wanted to get a rangefinder to help with my golf game, but also just didn't want to break the bank with brands like Bushnell, Callaway, Garmin, etc. Though there are a lot of budget-friendly rangefinders out here on Amazon, it made finding the right one feel almost like a gamble.1. What stood out for this rangefinder for me was the external display screen. Not many rangefinders have this feature, which is what peaked my interest. I like this feature because as a woman who wears eye makeup, I don't particularly like to squint my eye and constantly look into a small lens too long. I'm kind of quick with it, and if I forget the distance, I can just double-check at it from the side screen. There was also many times when I'm with my husband at the course and as I'm using the rangefinder he'll ask me, "What's the yardage? Oh wait, nevermind I see it on the screen" lol. It's actually so convenient.2. It attaches to your bag really well - the clip to attach to the bag then the elastic hook on the case itself which allows you to open the zip but keep the case safe meant really fast access.3. The accuracy is also nearly perfect. I've tried it at a driving range and pointed it at a 200yrd sign, and it comes to around 200.5yrds.4. The real power of the rangefinder becomes obvious when you switch the slope button on and select flag lock and vibration. Flagpole lock and vibration is AWESOME !!!! Slope button on, press mode button, flag icon appears. You point at the flag and basically wave it slightly right then left and buzz. You get the vibration and distance. So quick ! Loved this mode.5. The battery doesn't seem to be too bad for me either. Charging is a breeze with USB and battery easily lasted a practice on the range plus a full round. It auto shuts off after 16 seconds of inactivity. And it also has a super strong magnet that attaches to the golf cart very easily.I honestly am very happy with this device, and Compared to other rangefinders that cost $300~$800+ (which is insanity imo)

I'm a GPS user, but wanted to be able to commit more on deep greens or layups, so I was looking for a budget model, that had to be tournament legal. This does the job nicely. Measurement is fast and spot on, and exactly the same as a Bushnell I compared with. The slope switch is great, and the case is useful (extra with many others) - it seems to hang perfectly on a trolley mount, or you can quick-close with the elastic band. The pin seeker buzz gives clear audible and tactile confirmation. The slope mode is surprisingly useful during practice - but I would like to know more about the trajactory model they are using: I assume there is no accounting for launch slope, or "shoot forward" on landing because of trajectory vectors. Regardless, it seems to work well for me as a mid handicapper.I have the tendency to immediately forget my yardage while using a rangefinder and have to constantly put my eye back into the socket to check again. With the side screen on this device, all I have to do is look at the display. I love how convenient that is.Definitely recommend this unit!

If all you need is a basic range finder this is it. It feels cheap. The essence of this range finder screams cheap. But it does the job. I have used fancy range finders and they are way nicer but for $40 this thing does what I need. It is easy to use. The weight is light the display is very readable.

This is a good range finder. It was a gift for my son and works great. He was able to use it with ease. Clear to look through and designed well to fit in hand and pockets. Will have to see how well it holds up over time.

I was reluctant to purchase this rangefinder as it is a brand I was not familiar with, but I am glad I did. This is an excellent Rangefinder for the money. I was able to pick it up for less than $100, so really hard to beat when compared to paying $300+ for a Bushnell or other brands. The slope and flag locking function works beyond my expectations. The view through the eyepiece is sharp and clear. It is very accurate. I love that it has a screen on the side . The data is displayed on both the window and the external screen. So it’s easier for others to see what the distance and slope is also.In addition to ranging, there are additional functions that measure the height between two distant points. You can also switch units to Ft for disc golf. The magnet is very strong and the rangefinder is rechargeable which is very convenient. All that said, unless you want to go out and spend 3-4 times the money on a Rangefinder, with no guarantees that it will be work any better, you can't really go wrong with this device for the money. I recommend it.

Rangefinder is light weight, and fits in a shooting bag or pack easily. Distance measurement was exactly the same as my buddy’s more expensive brand. Optics are clear, and seems like a great value. I’m hoping the battery life is good but can’t confirm that cuz I’ve only used it a few times. Overall, I’m happy. 5 stars

Like the clarity, simple functions and eye relief. Locks in distance fast, numbers easy to read. A bit concerned about its claim to be waterproof, battery compartment cover is pretty cheesy, no way will it keep out moisture.Instruction manual is good, operation of unit clearly explained Update !Well had a chance to use rangefinder out in the field, my buddy has an expensive vortex unit so-we compared measurements, both units within 1 to 3 yards on average, told him his was defective lol!The vortex I must say had better visual screen characteristics the mine but not worth the price difference. So, conclusion so far, worth every penny.

This range finder was surprisingly accurate for it's price. It was also very light weight and very easy to use. The multifuntion is also good. However, it isn't water resistant in any way. In fact, heavy fog caused damage to mine and I had to dry it out for a day before it would work again. It's also very temperature sensitive. I have to keep it in an inside pocket in the winter, or it freezes. The display is black, all of the characters are black. This makes if very difficult to read in low light conditions, or conditions with a lot of contrast, like in the woods. It has zero shock protection, so if you drop it from your tree stand, it's toast. It's made of plastic, with no rubber coating, or metal framing. But, for what you pay for it, it's what you would expect.I use it for archery practice, but for anything else that requires rigourous exposure, spend more money on a proper range finder.

I like this little rangefinder. Accurate enough for the new and amateurs, as well as easy to use. Just keep in mind it has little to no water resistance. Although the heavily fogged lens eventually cleared up my device is no more then a 6x monocular now.
