Time clock worked great for about two weeks then the fingerprint scanner stopped working. Customer service did send me a replacement, but had to wait over two weeks to receive it. The second Time clock worked great for about six weeks. This one the screen went blank and will not come on. Customer service will be sending me another replacement, but I’m still waiting on that one to arrive. Having to go weeks without a time clock has caused many problems at my office. And I still must pay the monthly fee, ($149. a month) even though I do not have a working time clock. Plus, I had to pay return postage for the time clocks. This product Is terrible.

The clock worked for a day. Long time to reach tech support and they were not helpfull. The clock was not allowing fingerprint identification after a whole set up the night before. Customer service told us that if we didn't like it we could return it .. no desire to help. And we returned it

The monthly cost was more then mentioned in the listing. Don’t waste the money!
