My wife's 2016 RDX wiper inserts tore, but it lasted 4 years. So I decided for refilling with OEM wiper inserts. It was pretty easy to replace the inserts versus replacing the more costly wiper blade assembly.It's best to lift the tab holding the wiper blade assembly and slide it off the J hook on the wiper arm. Then push out the wiper insert. Take out the 2 metal strips and insert them into the new wiper insert in the same curved position of the windshield. Then just slide the insert back into the blade. Reverse the steps to reinstall the blade.Find an online video to show you how and then try it. An OEM set of refills is ~$20 vs aftermarket brand for >$35
