Absolutely love this for camping. Keep it on the counter and put the outdoor sensor in the refrigerator. Allows me to know the temp in the fridge without constantly opening the door.

The outdoor sensor works in both extreme cold and hot weather. I wish the LCD numbers are a little bigger so you can read it from further away.

Revised review. Placed it in the refridgerator overnight. Then set it in the livingroom. Much improved.Must be very slow to respond to temperature changes.

Item defective. Only displayed inside temp. When I toggled to outside temp, it remained the same. It would not communicate with the receiver.

This product is a "must have" for me. The outside component sits on my back deck off the kitchenand the "reader" sits inside the kitchen window. Absolutely necessary in Canada with the ever changing temperatures!
