3 per page forms and they come with the code to register online to file. Website is easy to use. We use it every year. This is the best cost that I have found. Quality is perfect. They are cut to line up and perforated to tear perfectly. They also fit perfectly in the envelopes. These function exactly as they should!

What can you say about 1099 NEC? Very easy to use, compared to other brands I've used in the past, these seem to be the best. One important thing, I didn't need to buy a pack of 50, when I only needed 12. Will buy again next year.

This product is not the easiest to use but could easily be sorted through with the help of customer service. Unfortunately the number for customer service sends you to their online chat because that’s all they offer. The agent I spoke to was extremely inattentive, took 10 minutes to respond, and did not read what my issue was at all. The responses he was giving me were so off kilter that I assumed it must be an automated system. I said no foul language just that I wanted to be disconnected from the chat (they make it impossible to disconnect on your end). The next agent got online hours later to tell me that the previous agent was indeed a human and that if I used abusive language again then I would be blocked. I did no such thing and didn’t appreciate me being reprimanded rather than the agent when I had done nothing wrong. I ended up resolving the issue myself with a lot of research and no help of Adam’s Tax Forms. This service is very complicated if it’s your first time using it as they don’t have any instructions for how to use the product. And you better hope you don’t need to use customer service because they are useless.

It's a tax form. The software is not the greatest, I had issues using it. Contacted their support and after going around and around with a tech, I gave up and filled out the forms by hand. (I work in IT and write my own code. The website/software doesn't work well at all.) So the forms worked, the included program to fill it in online did not work at all.
