Right size, 3 part carbonless, best price, ships fast. Downside is that Adams (and all others I found) are discontinuing previous forms (GT3810) that had more room to write up repair operations. These new forms are designed for Florida and Connecticut etc., so disclaimers and warnings take away too much space for the rest of us. I try to use these for simpler jobs and save remaining older forms for tougher jobs. These are records and documents - omitting information could have real legal or mechanical consequences. I also need to write up details that I won't remember 400 or 500 cars later. Side rant - cars have had 17 character V.I.N.s for over 30 years now. Can anyone make the space provided long enough to write them without doubling up into 2 lines? Oh well, Adams, Rediform et al don't read these. Heck, they could be the same company. So I'll be buying a 50-pack of more spacious forms (at 3 times the unit cost) to go with each 250-pack of these. GT3811 is $45 if Super Saver Shipping is alright with you. A bit slow to Hawaii, where I am. The same product is $70 at our Office Max after sales tax. OW! 2/21/15: Adams does it again! The new GT3811 eliminates the blank space at upper left. Now there's no place for the business info stamp. Adams, the people who buy and use these are ones who don't use computer printouts. We use hand stamps. This form is useless to anyone except a business seeking anonymity ("Brakes went out? You crashed? No, we never worked on your car"). Omit the pointless blue header and one line from the parts column, and this form works. Another Amazon listing for "GT3810/GT3811 (Old Style)", which is the description I reviewed above, actually shows the original GT3810, but now at $19 more from "Adams Custom" with no Prime or Super Saver. Is this the marketing plan? All I want is the same thing I bought the last 2 times. This can't be as hard as fixing cars, can it?6/2018 Usable form, once again. Thank you, Adams! Rating revised from 1 star to 4 stars.
