The small restaurant I work at purchases the single page guest check books. I prefer having a copy for myself and my customers and the separate kitchen check. There's not much I can say about these other than they do the job I purchases them to do! They transfer well onto the kitchen check and it's easy to read. I only wish they were a bit larger :)
