What a big difference, from my old wooden one. Rolled out cookie dough, to correct thickness,,. Pizza dough same thing no effort, just rolled out beautifully. It's light in weight, better for my old hands. Cleans up fast, I choose not to put in dishwasher, just my choice.

I wish I'd had this years ago! It's so easy to use and makes a perfectly flat surface in one of several thicknesses that you can easily choose. I've used it to roll clay flat, but the next time I make pie I'll use this instead of my old rolling pin.

I really like this item I like that you have all different sizes and that it rolls out your dough evenly every time. I also like that you can store all of the different sizes on the roller that eliminates the possibility of losing them.
