About the main body of this item
- With the knob, you can choose from the five temperature levels, temperature from 50F to 450F, which can meets your different cooking requirement.
- When the appliance is working, the temperature light indicator is on and it shows the temperature level also. When the temperature too high and exceed the setting, the thermostat controller will turn off, after temperature cooling down and reaching the setting, the thermostat controller will reset and appliance works again.
- The shell of main body is made of bakelite, compared with the normal plastics, the insulation of bakelite is more better, and more safer.

This fits and seems to work OK. The measurements showed on the product info was about 1/16 of an inch different than the originally thermostat, but this fits perfectly. You will have to figure out how the numbers relate to temps. I tried buying one before, but it never arrived and they never had any shipping info. A few days after my first purchase they raised the price by 30%. I had no choice, but to get a refund for never receiving the product and buying a new one for 30% more. Product works, but shady business practices.

Gets the job done. Was having a hard time finding the right fit for my grill but this replacement came through! Warning though its not a tight fit but may be by design. High value for the money though
