This is a well made, sturdy vest. It definitely ups the intensity of any workout, even just walking. I like how easy it is to adjust the weight by removing or adding the 6 weight pouches.It's comfortable and fits well. It has easy snap straps with reflective tape for safety.

I absolutely love this vest! Fits great and is very comfortable to wear. I purchased this to enhance my walks and love the removable extra weights that allow me to customize and adjust up or down. The 10lbs max is plenty for me and the additional weights are easy to take out and add back in. Pleasantly surprised with fit, functionality and quality of this purchase. Will definitely be looking at this when I ramp up to next level weights.

I'm 5'1 and 110 lbs (so, on the small side) and I love this vest. It feels nice and snug and you can add or take away weight easily to make it heavier or lighter. It has several pockets for your phone, keys etc. which is very convenient if you're wearing it on a long walk. The quality of the fabrics and stitching is very good - I can't imagine it ever really wearing out unless I dragged it though the mud and left it out in the sun every day.

I like the vest and the fact that you can gradually add more weight. I did find that the vest had a strong plastic smell to it, but I let it air out, and after a couple of days it was gone.

Super comfortable and effective. I love it for walking and around the house. Pros: Great weight distribution and super soft shoulder pads. I am a curvy, 6’1†woman and it’s very comfortable on the chest. I have worn it for 30 minutes and it was still super comfortable. Cons: The smell is awful. Not sure it’ll ever go away. I smell it on my shirt after taking it off which is super annoying. The buckles can’t cinch easily when the vest is on. I had to adjust the size and then put it back on. The smell is why the rating is lower.

Great vest, perfect for me! The starting weight of 11 pounds is a perfect starting point and I can add 1.5 pounds at a time using the sandbags as I get stronger...and I do feel stronger after using the vest for several weeks. It has adjustments so it fits well and IMHO, it is well worth the cost.
