I absolutely love this vest! The vest is well made, the sizing is adjustable, it’s easy to put on and remove and it’s effective. Once you put it on it’s extremely comfortable. I have no issues with wearing it. I think the design is perfect for most body types. Because I have osteoporosis I couldn’t use all of the weights immediately so it’s great that the weights can be adjusted. I’ve had the vest for several months now and it’s very durable with no evidence of tearing or fraying with regular use. It’s also very versatile in that it can be used for building bone or adding weight for your workout. I highly recommend this vest for anyone interested in wearing a weighted vest for workouts etc. I’m so happy with it I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

My workout program includes a daily walk/run. I have osteoporosis in my spine and I’d been looking for a weight vest to wear during my walks to possibly help rebuild bone density. I really like this vest because the straps are adjustable; there’re pockets in the front to hold keys, tissue, etc.; it doesn’t ride up or rub when I’m running; and the weights are easy to add and remove. The vest had a noticeable chemical smell when I first took it out the box, but the smell quickly dissipated after the vest sat out a couple days. All in all, it’s great value for the money!

It’s a good product. Comfortable and nice that the weight is adjustable. Minus one star simply because it smells AWFUL. Like, seriously chemically bad. I’ve stored it outside for weeks and it still smells terrible. It’s a shame because it’s otherwise great.

Bought this for myself after reading Peter Attia's book Outlive. Wanted to find ways to add intensity to my walks/hikes when I don't have time to add time. I started by removing 4 of the weights and can now walk with all of them in. I have a shoulder I've been going to physical therapy for for months for generalized inflammation that's quite painful so I was a little worried this would aggravate that. But nope--the feel of this vest is well-balanced and it doesn't bother me a bit. I have also scooped snow wearing it and that is a MAJOR workout! My husband started borrowing mine and I didn't want his man sweat on my vest (sorry guys) so I ended up ordered him one for Christmas that was one size heavier. We both really like our vests and look just so adorable walking together wearing them (ha). Other reviewers have mentioned a smell--yes it does have one at first. We put ours outside (out of the sun) for a day and it dissipated pretty quickly. One other kind of side benefit is that you do look kinda tough wearing them. A neighbor said I looked intimidating in mine and I like giving off that vibe as a woman who does a lot of walking alone.

I really wanted to like this product, but ultimately decided to return it. The item had a strong chemical smell that lingered even after sitting in an open room for a week. Putting it on was challenging because it’s heavy and requires lifting it over your head. Once on, the buckles were hard to reach and the fit wasn't snug and it was difficult to adjust. Although there are adjustment straps on the side, you can’t tighten them while wearing it since the mechanism needs both hands, and you can’t reach it properly unless you take the item off. After finally getting the straps almost tight enough, I found I couldn't easily reach the buckles to fasten them. Overall, it’s more complicated and less user-friendly than I had hoped.

This vest is awesome! The best part is that it's adjustable. I bought the 11-20 lb weight. I've removed all the weights and am starting with just the vest for now. I love that I can work my way up to adding more weights as I improve. I'm so happy with this purchase!! However, like other reviews said, there is a weird chemical smell. But it's not overwhelming and I'm hoping it will go away over time.

I bought this to wear while walking and fits me perfectly! It's not bulky, and it's easy on/off with the side clips. I REALLY like that sandbags can be removed and reinserted to easily adjust the weight. I'm still on the vest only - took all the bags out, slowly working up to adding more as I get used to using it.

I am small 5.3, 100lbs and needed a vest that would cinch me tight enough and this one does perfectly! It’s very comfortable once it’s on. I love that the weight is also adjustable. Downside is that it looks like you’re wearing bulletproof armour or a bomb! So I would be a bit conspicuous if I didn’t put a shirt over to walk in public

I have tried to off gas this weighted vest and nothing I do gets rid of the terrible chemical smellI have used vinegarI have used baking sodaI have stuffed dryer sheets in itI have left it outside since the day I received itThe toxic smell will not go away!

Comfortable to wear, but the smell is very toxic. We have it on the front porch to air it out. I think it will take a while.
