I really like this weighted vest. It fits comfortably and is a good value for the money. I researched many weighted vests and this one had a lot of great reviews and I understand why. I like that you can add or remove weights based on the task. I cannot say whether it has helped with any weight loss but I have to think it's helping me.

Easy to adjust, comfortable. I only use for walking so can’t say how comfortable it would be running. It dues have a slight rubber smell.

This vest is an added bonus to my walking workout. It is well made, fits well, and a good value. I like the flexibility of being able to add additional weight as my workouts progress. The only thing to improve would be to have a larger mesh pocket - my phone does not fit into the mesh pocket at the front.

I was having a hard time finding a ruck vest that i could actually adjust the weight and it didn't cost a fortune. i started with 1 bean bag and i'm working my way up to the full 10 lbs. it's lot heavier than i thought it would be!!! fits very snug and doesn't move around when walking or even jogging. comfortable. great fabrics and materials used. very well made. i give 5 stars.

Like everything about the vest...it's comfortable, & moves smoothly as I walk/jog on paved roads, beach & elliptical, stairs stepper & rowing machine!

I like that the weight can be adjusted. I started off with just 2 bean bags and increased the weight as I got comfortable. It stays in place while working out and is comfortable to wear.
