The perfect weighted vest for a walk. I am not a runner, but this is very easy to walk with. It helps my posture while walking as well. I like that. It’s not actual weights. It’s almost like a sand feeling. Buckles perfect right at the chest and then on the bottom as well.

I am really glad that this is not plates and the weight is evenly distributed. I wanted a vest that would “replace†the weight I lost so I could trigger my body to work harder again and am successful. The only thing I wish was different is that it fit a smaller frame. I have the straps as tight as possible and it still flops. Regardless, I’m keeping it for my cardio, just can’t do much up and down motion since it would move too much.

I’ve worn this vest about 5 times while walking my dog. Is very comfortable. I typically wear it under a coat or vest since it’s winter here. Feels like a good way to work my legs. Very happy with this and it beats wearing a back pack with weights in it…which was uncomfortable.

I love this quality vest and have been using it consistently for the last month without any issues. I ordered the 25 pound one and it is the perfect weight to challenge me and quite comfortable for my workouts.

I love the width of the vest.. doesn’t causing rubbing on the inside of my arms when walking. The buckles also have padding to prevent rubbing or digging into my chest. Have already recommended it to my friend.
