I love how sturdy and compact this step is. I recommend placing the step on a mat if using it on a solid surface. I would buy this step again.

This is the perfect stepper for me. During the pandemic we added more equipment to our makeshift home gym and this stepper allows me to get more cardio in and keeps my routine more versatile than just jumping rope and doing jumping jacks. It doesn't slip on me, but then we have foam tile flooring. It may be different on a slick floor. It's sturdy enough for me. I am 5'3" and weigh 114lbs. I'm used to the gym steppers so when I say it's sturdy, I'm comparing it to my reference point. I am so glad I bought this. The price was reasonable for such a quality product!

This is my first step. I'm glad I got this one. Happy its as wide as it is. (No way would an 18" wide one work for a workout.) ðŸ˜I found removing and placing the legs to adjust the height to be rather difficult. Felt like I needed a screwdriver to pry them off. A workout in itself. 😉Also, since I workout barefoot, the top surface was to hard. So I ordered some padding that's sold as bunk bed stair padding. Cut to fit 3 strips across the top. Those have never budged and made the step so soft.In summary: with the added padding and keeping at 6" high, I totally love this step! But, because it's so hard to adjust I'll order a different one next time.

FYI…. Platform is a bit narrow to step on to, wouldn’t recommend it for any woman with a sized foot bigger than 8 or a man’s size 7. Could get dangerous.
