this is a very good adult diaper pin and is the perfect size for an adult cloth diaper. it stays pinned even when sleeping and you turn allot in bed. i love these and are at a great price. they are the perfect size. i tried some that were 5" but they were to big and made to thin as well. so if you get these diaper pins you will not be sorry. i myself bought a dozen pairs and will be buying more later to keep on hand in case they go out of stock or something. one note when using diaper pins on thick cloth adult diapers the pins will insert easier if you push end of pin into a soap bar this makes the pin slide into the thick diaper much easier. i am very happy with this adult diaper pin and recommend the highly. you will not be sorry.

These safety pins will do what you need them to do, such as hold on an adult cloth diaper, and they don't require the strength of ten men to open or close them😺. They are however very utilitarian, merely having plain, nickel plating, no other metal varieties or any plastic caps, this is perfectly fine, however, since, as previously stated, they get the job done.

I bought these to keep my bottom sheet from slipping and bunching on top of the mattress. Because of the large size they are easy to insert and clip and do not tear the sheets and are easy to take out when I need to change the sheets.

The metal in these diapering pins is soft and malleable. Go buy something sturdier. Three of four bent severely on the first use.

These are wonderful - big but not clumsy - strong - I looked for them everywhere with no luck but then thought of Amazon & voila - bought for use on adult diapers. Will definitely buy again.

Great ABDL or Adult cloth Diaper pin. VERY strong and holds up to wear and tear,been using mine over 8 months now and they are still in great shape! Highly recommended for Adults or Heavier set children when regulary diaper pins wont hold up. I weigh 170lbs and these hold mine up all through the night without sagging or loosening up.

If you need them they are a good product. Using them for adult cloth diapers is what they are for and they are large enough to pin on well.
