Bought this air filter for my 2014 Tacoma and love it. This is the second filter I have owned from AEM and haven't had an issue. The other one was for an older Tacoma as well. I haven't noticed a power gain, but didn't expect it. I do travel a lot and may have picked up .5-1.0 mpg, but not 100% due to different weather and driving conditions. I bought this because it is cheaper in the long run to clean and reuse than to purchase a filter all the time.

Using this filter actually increased my around town fuel mileage from 17.4 to 19.4mpg.Can’t wait to see what the highway brings.-> 2015 Taco 4.0L 4x4 double cab w/ tonneau cover.5-24-23 update: Now getting over 21mpg around town, no highway use yet. I’m not being light on the gas pedal- just normal. Woohoo

Perfect fit, no huge noticeable performance gains, but is nice to have the ability to just clean/reinstall instead of always purchasing a new filter. Installed on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road.

Definitely noticed an increase in throttle response as for MPG or anything else for that matter it’s still the same.

I noticed a boost in performance right away. I do drive in dusty conditions, so I expect as the filter does its job, its overall effect on the performance will decrease. I dont care, really, because I get to clean it and start the cycle all over again.

I love that you don’t have to worry about over oiling and ruining your Mass airflow sensor. It’s a very simple plug and play that fits perfectly into the oem housing. In the beginning I did notice a slight boost in overall performance however, my old air filter was about a year old and a bit dirty so that could easily be why. I haven’t noticed any fun intake noises but that’s due to the fact that I haven’t changed my oem intake to exposed due to wanting to keep it waterproof for my off-road adventures. Overall I’m satisfied with this air filter. I’ll never have to buy a new one so long the truck still runs

Perfect fit - Easy to Install - Easy to maintaindon’t have to worry about any oils to mess up the MAF sensor. Got this to replace a 5 year old K&N drop in filter. Throttle pedal feels lighter, engine runs better, and fuel economy improved.
